The Business Administration programme of IUKL is unique in its approach to management, leadership, and entrepreneurship in the business profession. This programme prepares students for management positions or professional career in fields such as marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, management or human resource management.

The IUKL Business Administration programme equips its students with work related skills essential in their future employment.

The Programme Educational Objectives of Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) programme are to produce graduates who are:

  • To prepare graduates with the fundamental knowledge and understanding of concepts, theories and approaches of business administration and management of business.
  • To provide graduates with an opportunity to develop communication, interpersonal, leadership and teamwork skills as well as a solid understanding of the contemporary business environment.

  • To synthesize knowledge from business and related disciplines in the acquisition of business knowledge, competencies and values for professional roles.
  • To analyze, evaluate and compute the development and process of important aspects in business for decision-making purpose.
